We are establishing a new company and are looking for the person that will be the Head of Load Out Solutions. Do you want to shape, co-create and drive a newly established company that will act with freedom and full P&L responsibility?
The new company will focus on accelerating the commercialization of one of our innovations within the material logistics flow and we are looking for you who can take this solution to the next level reaching existing and new costumers. You will be given the total responsibility of an unpolished diamond. We believe you are curious and motivated to shape a small and agile team where trial and learn is part of the DNA and an innovative mindset is part of the day to day business. You are motivated by the entrepreneurial scope of responsibility and bringing new solutions to life. You are prestigeless and gets motivated by driving change.
We are looking for female/male who is inspiring and a pioneer that will move boundaries and challenge status quo. We believe you have perseverance combined with creativity when it comes to overcoming mountains as well as gravels.
To flourish in this role and grow the business we believe you have experience from:
Selling and developing services and solutions preferably in an industry with learnings applicable to transport and logistic
Administrative, operational, tactical as well strategical work
Setting your own goals and reaching them
Starting something from zero and value the learnings from a failure
Influencing, motivating and inspired businesses and consumers across the globe
Being able to step out and act outside your comfort zone
Building fruitful collaborations and connecting people
