hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2014-06-06Dina arbetsuppgifterIEC in Sports and Lagardère Unlimited Scandinavia are looking for a Head of Legal to strengthen their legal team. The position is located to the Stockholm office.
In this role you will coordinate and lead the legal team, while handling all legal aspects related to the companies, in the day to day business mainly focusing on contract law.
You will, among other:
• Draft and negotiate contracts, primarily related to media rights, event and sports rights marketing business.
• Make risk assessment on all legal aspects and questions while finding the right balance between business driven decisions and solid legal solutions.
• Be the first contact person and legal advisor towards business unit management(s) and legal people on shareholder level.
Vem är du?
You are a fully qualified Swedish lawyer with at least seven (7) years experience from a law firm, a company or both, preferably in a team leading position. You have substantial experience in corporate law matters as well as in handling international contracts on a high frequency basis and preferably good knowledge in media rights business.
As a person you are an excellent team player, dynamic and highly motivated with proven maturity and independence.
You are fluent in business English, both oral and written. Any other language would be an advantage.
