We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a:
Head of legal affairs
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are a global organisation with offices in 10 countries on 4 continents; we have operations in for example New York, Shanghai, Cape Town and Basel. We employ 180 full time staff and our turnover 2007 was approximately 220 MSEK.
To our head office in Stockholm we now need a person to head our legal affairs. Your work will focus on the companies various legal matters. The position entails providing advice mainly on corporate, labor, contractual and compliance law issues. Extended knowledge in company law and in IPO is meriting. You will report directly to our CEO.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years of legal experience from a law firm or from a corporate legal department
• Broad legal experience with focus on corporate law
• Excellent communication and good negotiations skills
• Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a merit.
• Experience from working in a publicly noted company or having taken part in such a process is meriting.

• Commercially astute and market orientated
• Enjoy high performance requirements
• Flexible and constructive mindset
• Excellent social skills and enjoy working in a young and international atmosphere
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• You will be based in our head office in Stockholm, frequent global traveling is required
• The remuneration is a combination of a fixed salary and a performance related bonus
