As our head of legal, you will make sure we are a professional, fair player, providing high quality and efficient legal advice to our organisation.

As Head of Legal you will:

• Work in a fast paced environment on a wide range of legal issues and with different stakeholders.
• Support the business with commercial contracts, including review, drafting and negotiation.
• Help develop and implement policies with respect to product quality assurance when it comes to intellectual property rights, marketing and product compliance.
• Keep Fyndiq compliant, mitigate risks and provide sound advice to the organisation.
• Be an executive decision maker.
• Handle infringement claims, and other intellectual property related issues.
• Manage contacts with authorities

To succeed in this role you have:

• University degree in law
• 2+ years experience working as lawyer or inhouse legal counsel at a law firm or company.
• Experience of advising stakeholders on legal and business risks and handle contacts with authorities.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law, commercial contracts and data protection law (qualifying)
• Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection rules
• Great analytical skills and ability to pay close attention to details while still remaining pragmatic
• Responsible but flexible mindset, able to find creative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
