We are now looking for a Head of the Leadership - and Project Management Academies.

Job summary
The Academies develops, maintains and guides learning solutions for professional development, in close collaboration with our business organizations, leading suppliers and academia. As Head of Leadership- and Project Management Academies, you will lead, develop, and inspire your team, creating a working environment that brings the best out of everyone.
You are responsible for the overall quality and relevance of the learning portfolios to support leadership- and project management development across Volvo Group. The Academies work closely with senior business representatives and in close collaboration with "Head of Leadership and Inclusion" and Project Offices in the Volvo Group to ensure alignment in the leadership philosophy guiding content development and delivery. You are active in the Leadership- and Project Management communities, listening to business needs communicating and promoting learning solutions within Volvo Group.
You will report to the Head of Volvo Group University and be part of the Volvo Group University Leadership team, where you will take an active part in our continuous development and strategy implementation.

You are capable of driving results through people and networks internally and externally. You have exceptional communication skills, encompassing coaching senior colleagues and communicating initiatives across teams and play an active part in Leadership development conversations on all levels of Volvo Group. We believe that you have experience of working with learning solutions and professional up- and reskilling.
