What You'll Do
Spearhead the creation and execution of groundbreaking last-mile logistics strategies to deliver exceptional customer service.
Cultivate and manage strong supplier relationships, sourcing logistics services that enhance efficiency and drive cost-effectiveness.
Oversee the implementation of local supply chains and logistics systems, ensuring a seamless experience from supplier to customer.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align logistics operations with our regional and global business goals.
Set and manage budgets to meet financial targets while delivering high-quality, cost-efficient services.
What You Should Have
A robust background in logistics or service industries, with several years of experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations and driving last-mile delivery success.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience leading geographically diverse, cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical abilities, connecting logistics operations to broader business outcomes.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with exceptional communication skills.
Full professional proficiency in English is a must.
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
