This is to support our customers achieve increase efficiency, reliability, and availability throughout the entire lifecycle of customers' assets. Our vision is to build long lasting partnerships with our Customers to enable them to achieve optimal performance and success by offering maintenance services, modernizations and upgrades, remote monitoring, lifetime extensions and digital solutions services.

We are looking for a Manager to lead our team of service of Large Heat pumps (10-30 MW) including sales, project management, engineering including R&D, repair and field service. The team consist today of 12 persons and is based in Finspång, Sweden. The existing HP fleet is regulated by the F-gas regulation.

Today the department serve the installed base in Sweden consisting of approximately 30 machines, but also supporting the rapidly growing interest globally for installing new large heatpumps as a part of our customers decarbonization strategy. This function will have a central role in developing and implementing our service strategy for growth and business development in the field of large heat pumps.



LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

Your Profile
* BS in Mechanical engineering or similar, a completed bachelor's degree in marketing or business, MBA is helpful
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in the power generation business as customer/operator or as a service provider with direct interaction with the customer.
* Experience in Leadership role in Engineering, Project management or Sales and Marketing
* Fluent Professional Swedish and English (German a plus).
* Ability to collaborate and to communicate at all levels of the customer and Siemens Energy Organization
* Experience in developing marketing plans aligned to business objectives and translating plans into meaningful work for teams
* Deliver high quality commercial, strategic, and technical presentations.
* Knowledge about F-gas regulation is a plus.
* Ability to travel up to 30 days/year within Sweden and Europe

Your Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities assigned to the position (but not limited to) are:
* Main responsibilities include Leading the team with full P&L responsibility to sell and deliver service for Heat Pumps and Compressors on the Swedish market.
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by coaching and supporting the team in customer meetings, engineering reviews and regular team meetings
* Responsible to ensure processes and quality systems to support and secure a good quality of delivered services
* Review all costs, risks, and technical concepts within own engineering discipline; support LoA process and cost/ risk-meetings according to valid processes
* Keep given financial, strategic and technical KPIs and own budget.
* Responsibel for the Siemens Energy ABs certification in F-gas regulation which includes updating quality manual.
* Develop & implement the future concept of HPU service outside of Sweden including roadmaps and the underlying business opportunities in coordination with all internal and external business partners and Regional Network.
* Participate in Regional and and Industrial Steam Turbine Finspång Management team and global Nordic and European Network.
* Help in driving new unit operations in selling new HPUs out of Finspång
