About this Opportunity:
Are you a visionary leader passionate about IT Sourcing? Join us as the Head of MA IT Sourcing East and drive our regional subunit (East, Americas and Asia) to new heights. In this pivotal role, you'll empower a diverse team and collaborate closely with Market Area stakeholders to shape the future of IT Procurement at Ericsson - leveraging the latest in AI and navigating today's dynamic financial landscape.
What You'll Do:
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of integrity, trust, and collaboration.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute innovative category and negotiation strategies that maximize supplier value and proactively
manage business risks.
• Oversee all IT suppliers in your region, from major industry players to niche providers, ensuring alignment with Ericsson's business needs.
• Drive synergy by working closely with BA IT Sourcing and implementing the Ericsson Supplier Relationship Management framework.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools, coaching your team to use them effectively and balancing human expertise with digital efficiency.
• Cultivate a positive, growth-oriented work environment, supporting team development and closing skill gaps.
• Play an active role in the IT Sourcing leadership team, contributing to organizational development and cross-regional collaboration.
• Lead the team through organizational change, ensuring agility and measurable impact from AI initiatives by 2026.

• Exceptional negotiation and commercial skills.
• Demonstrated success in implementing AI tools within sourcing or procurement functions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, drive change, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience in a global organization and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• University degree in Business or Engineering.
