You know how to inspire your team to create results in a world of constant change.About the jobIn this role you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all IT related activities and solutions serving your business counterparts, including total cost ownership for your domain. You will manage delivery capabilities within your area of responsibility and indirectly source through common IT services as applicable. You have ownership of systems for all relevant solutions serving the business counterparts. An important part of the responsibility is to coordinate and network with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a well-functioning total IT delivery towards your IT business partners.
You are placed at our HQ in Lund and will report to CIO.
What you knowYou equally feel at ease whether discussing business processes or information technology. We are convinced you have knowledge of business application support and maintenance, broad technical knowledge, a university degree, and at least 4 years' relevant experience preferably from an international company. In addition, you have:
5+ years' experience leading, coaching and managing people
Practical experience working with a mix of internal resources and deliveries from external suppliers
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Experience and a true passion for manufacturing and/or sales and service
