To succeed in our mission, we are looking for the next leader to the heart of our internal IT organization, the prominent Support and Service Delivery team, to fulfill the role as the Head of IT Service Delivery! The role
In the role as Head of IT Service Delivery, you will take massive responsibility for leading and securing the entire IT support and service delivery function here at Svea Solar. One of the biggest missions to embark on will then be to take it outside of Sweden and grow it globally. The role includes coaching and developing a highly skilled support team. As well as taking full ownership over the conversations and negotiations with our software and hardware partners. You will also monitor the incident queue and plan how you can be more efficient when resolving incidents and delivering devices.
Responsibilities
• To coach, develop, and enable your support team
• To drive and develop our vendor relations (negotiations, partnerships, etc.) for both software and hardware globally.
• Homogenize and align software and hardware use at Svea Solar globally
• Set and develop ways of working for incident support and device management
• Staff the support and service delivery team
• Grow as Svea Solar grow - partner up and hire the right competence to support the business
