In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be accountable for Swedbank IT operations. That includes daily operational management and reporting, but also ownership of proactive measures to avoid disturbances.
• Manage a team of specialists and work closely together with numerous stakeholders. Head of IT Operations will report to senior management on IT operational issues and support Head of Infrastructure & Operations in all operational related issues
What is needed in this role:
• You have vast experience from proactive and structured work following standards in a practical context.
• To succeed in this role you need excellent ability to lead in stressful situations and to communicate with all levels in the organization - during incidents but also on a more long term level.
• You have extensive experience and knowledge about IT operations processes and a high level of motivation ("drive") and perseverance.
• Very good communication skills and proficient English, both spoken and written are mandatory.
• We also expect you to be a very good networker, customer centric and result-oriented.
