ABOUT THE ROLE
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have senior experience in global strategic roles and driving global implementations. You are experienced in the pharmaceutical industry or similar, and therefore have knowledge about compliance in the business. With your years within IT you have got a strong understanding of technology advances plus the ability to create and manage services. You are familiar with managing budget plus supplier and business relationship management. You are well familiar with people management as well as outsourcing, maintaining IT processes and strategies, vendor- and project management. Furthermore, you have a relevant higher education and fluency in English and Swedish (or another Nordic language).

Together with your professional experiences, you have advanced leadership skills combined with business understanding. You have great communication skills and understand the importance of good cooperation. You possess the ability to lead a team and the business side to a common vision. You are not afraid to work with change management and you are structured with high prioritizing skills.
