About the role
As the Head of IT, you will be responsible for leading and developing the IT department to ensure the company's IT systems and processes are productive, secure, and compliant. This includes overseeing the internal IT systems, development environments, public cloud infrastructure, and related processes and routines.
The role will be based at our head office in central Stockholm, where you will be responsible for managing three teams with a total of 10 employees in internal IT, development IT and IT security and Compliance. You will report to the RaySearch Deputy CEO and be responsible for managing the Information Security Management System, staying up to date with cybersecurity threats, and ensuring that processes, systems, and routines meet external and internal requirements.
Additionally, you will be responsible for procurement and agreements regarding systems, support, maintenance, and licenses of IT systems and services, develop and implement a clear IT governance model, and prioritize projects according to business objectives.
About you
To be successful in this role you have a Master/Bachelor of Science or equivalent. You are also a strong leader with experience in organizational development and recruitment. We believe you have a background in managing physical datacenters and public cloud infrastructure as well a good understanding of compliance requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA.
