As Head of Investor Relations at Saab, you are a key member of the Group Finance Management Team, reporting to the CFO. The Head of Investor Relations is a key company spokesperson to the financial community, establishing and maintaining relationship with actors on the financial market. You will advise on external and internal communication in your interaction with the CFO, CEO and additional stakeholders at Saab as well as continuously act as an internal "financial analyst" ensuring management has access to the market view of Saab at all times.
Your role
In this role, you will handle management of the market expectations by communicating with current and potential shareholders as well as financial analysts. You act as an advisor to top management in questions related to external communication of strategic matters and finance related topics. You are responsible for the execution of a proactive investor relations program.
You will cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders, such as our business and market areas, Corporate Responsibility, Legal, Strategy, Communication and Finance. To set-up the foundation for our overall communication of the Saab strategy, goals, vision and the financial results to the financial market and investors. You will manage all events targeting the financial market and investors, including capital market days and the Annual General Meeting. In this role, you also have the responsibility for production of the Annual report, Interim reports and other relevant reporting as well as presentation material. You monitor peers and competitors for benchmarking and competitive intelligence purposes.

Your profile
We are looking for an experienced professional with several years of experience from the Investor Relations environment. You have experience and a record of accomplishment in communicating corporate strategy and financial performance. A strong understanding of finance, reporting and accounting, equity markets and the regulatory environment is key to the role. You are a proactive, strategic thinker who can adapt to an ever-changing environment, multi-tasking effectively with proven communication skills. You are an active networker and build relationships with stakeholders in the financial market. You are just as comfortable explaining a complicated story to a generalist portfolio manager as an industry expert. You need to have knowledge about financial reporting processes and the use of digital tools typically supporting this. You have a Bachelor/Master degree in relevant area, with minimum 10 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
What you will be a part of
You will be part of Group Finance reporting to our CFO and a member of the Group Finance Management Team. This role is based at our head office in Stockholm together with one more person, direct reporting to you.
