What's in it for you?
At Oneflow you'll take full ownership of our many integrations, APIs and SDKs. Inside and out, top to bottom. You'll join our product development team and collaborate with highly skilled people across development, design and product. Together you'll be responsible for making our integrations as excellent as can be! You'll manage both external integration products and applications, such as our product in Salesforce, Dynamics or Pipedrive (and many more!). Also, the parts of our own platform that deal with integrations, both for customers and partners, such as our open API or other integration components.
Most importantly, your work will have a real world impact on companies and the way they do business. By making our integrations as simple, complete, and efficient as possible, digital contract management can take our customers to new heights!
Who you are
You are primarily a product person. You love building and improving products using your previous experience, customer feedback and user insights. While we do not expect you to be hands-on with APIs and the technical details of integrations, you should have a solid grasp of technical concepts to be able to explain and discuss technical aspects on a high level with other stakeholders and partners.
You also have a background managing a team of other product managers that helps you strategically guide and improve and support your colleagues through any challenges that we take on.
Your team
You will be leading one of our product teams and collaborate closely with other teams and colleagues supporting them in making contract management more simple for our customers as we grow internationally. Your team includes product managers and API designers but you'll also have access to multiple teams of developers to help you with your projects, ideas and improvements across Oneflow's platform. You'll also scale up your team as required as we expand globally.
Your background/skill set:
People management, coaching and leading others
Senior experience in product management
Experience working with integrations across multiple industries and platforms
You enjoy communicating with others
Passion for developing innovative products with a startup mindset
Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Having a strong business sense to communicate technical concepts to colleagues in sales, partners, customers and prospects
Fluent in English
It's a big plus - but not a requirement - if you have an interest in any of these areas:
Development/programming
Experience using CRMs, ERPs, HRMs or similar from previous roles
A good eye for UX and design
