Head of Integrated Product Creation
We are looking for a person with strong business and product creation understanding with passion for continuous improvements and efficiency.
Your role
This is a new role within Saab Group, your primarily focus is to act as a change driver for our capabilities within Product Creation.
The main tasks are:
* Secure development and anchoring of strategies and roadmaps within Product Creation in close cooperation with relevant PM&T:s and Operations according to Saab Group strategy
* Promote and drive operational excellence and efficiency incl simplification and unification for our capabilities within Product Creation.
* Promote and improve cross functional PM&T work and cooperation
You will work in close cooperation with PM&T:s and Operations. You will be the Chairman of Product Creation Council and report to Head of Quality.
Your profile
You are trusting, inspiring and coaching your environment to high level of performance. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and developing strategic directions based on the business need and Saab Group strategy.
You possess a strong business acumen and are forward-thinking within Integrated Product Creation. When collaborating with stakeholders, you are confident with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers. You have a successful track record in your leadership skills as well as your cooperation skills. You have a high analytic ability, can prioritize effectively, are responsive to the business needs and communicate in an effective and clear way in both Swedish and English.
Required background and experience:
* M.Sc of i.e. Engineering or other relevant education
* Experience from industry, research and development, production, industrialization
* Excellent knowledge in stakeholder management to connect with business
Required personality:
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and solution oriented
* Inspires, motivates and develops others
* Builds relationships
* Collaborates and fosters teamwork
