In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Accelerate the Group CISOs information security assurance program and our compliance and audit response practices,
• Support the Group CISO in designing and improving information security risk performance metrics and reporting, leveraging a data-centric approach,
• Develop and lead a function focused around providing the confidence to the Group CISO, senior management and stakeholders, that we are adequately secure, effectively manage risk and staying compliant,
• Collaborate across the information security domain and work closely across all three lines of defence with IT, fraud, risk, privacy, HR and communications.
What is needed in this role:
• Experience in developing enterprise information security assurance program (collecting reviews, assessments, audits and tests), preferably using leading GRC tools and in a highly digitalised and automated manner
• Experience in information security, risk, assurance or IT leadership, preferably within the financial services industry
• Experience in conducting and responding to security assurance activities, inspections and audits,
• Experience in multi-level stakeholder engagement and extraordinary communication and reporting skills, easily making sense of the complex and what it is important
• Experience in developing security metrics, monitoring and reporting regime on security compliance, security posture/performance, security risks, such as maintaining security KPIs and KRIs,
• To be independent yet a team-player, curious and a change-maker, and have a passion for coaching, working with, and helping, others
