We are looking for a dedicated Head of Impact & Sustainability to join us in our mission to replace single-use plastics on a global scale and save tremendous amounts of water, energy and increase circularity in packaging.

About the role
The Head of Impact & Sustainability is a new role in our structure and will be a key person for PulPac's impact strategy by being responsible for the design, planning, development, tracking, and collection of impact metrics and outcomes across the organization. PulPac is a driver of the global transformation of packaging - your role will be to take lead in identifying and create relations with key stakeholders, and participating in public debates and legislative processes. The role includes maintaining a wide network, both internally and externally, since you will be an ambassador for PulPac and our patented Dry Molded Fiber Technology. You will be reporting directly to our CFO.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop, review and implement the impact vision, strategy and programme together with internal and external stakeholders (including article 9 SFDR investors)

• Act as an ambassador for PulPac, developing networks, promoting PulPac's expertise, spotting new opportunities, and supporting partners to pursue these

• Work with subject experts to develop policy messages and promote these to policymakers and key influencers

• Design and implement a framework for defining and measuring impact across the industry and key sectors in collaboration with partners

• Analyze and evaluate data to calculate the impact of PulPac's sustainability efforts and provide valuable insights regarding outcomes and opportunities for improvement

• Facilitate conversations around impact definitions and metrics both within the organization and externally in the industry to move the field towards greater standardization of metrics across sectors

• Proactively identify media and speaking opportunities to drive sustainability thought leadership

For you to be successful, we expect you to be a self-driven leader with hands-on attitude. You have excellent communication skills which enables you to engage, influence and drive impact across both the organization and a diverse range of stakeholders. You also will need to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in the design, oversight, coordination and execution of impact strategy and initiatives related to private sector business or similar industries

• Experience in the assessment and measurement of impact/sustainability/ESG

• Track record of driving impact across an organization

• Demonstrated programme management experience and skills

• Ability to combine deep-level knowledge with wider context, understanding and perspectives across an industry

• Knowledge of current impact/sustainability practices and applicable laws and regulation

• Ability to present complex issues/topics clearly to a diverse set of stakeholders

• Fluent Swedish language skills are preferred but not mandatory
