About the role
We are looking for someone to set goals and instill the confidence and spirit to achieve them, a true leader, our next Head of iGaming. For this position, your background or title will not be the most important factor but rather the right mindset and track record of previously leading people successfully. You will be the right hand to our CCO and she will be relying on you to help us build towards new markets and new clients. You will belong to the sales team and the focus will be on iGaming and serving our client's & merchants' needs for fast and straightforward payments. We are looking for you with the ability to support and drive team members as well as create an atmosphere of trust.
Things you'll be responsible for
Lead, develop and challenge an awesome team, including hiring to increase the sales pipeline both in existing markets and upcoming markets within iGaming
Own the iGaming market focus as well as strategy and initiatives
Constantly reviewing and improving the sales process
Setting and monitoring sales KPIs, targets and deliver results for the business that accelerate growth
Manage day-to-day business in our exciting and buzzing company

Building a networks and easily establishing relationships
Leading with passion, motivating and coaching your team, and working with cross-functional teams
Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written in English
Working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders

Zimpler is a fast growing fin-tech company that provides a banking payment platform service. Our service helps online companies to provide their users with instant in- and out bank transfers.
