hela Sverige Dentsply Sirona seeks an experienced HR professional to join our HR team providing high quality, focused and proactive support across the HR field for a number of business units with focus on Sweden, but also support for other Nordic countries.
About the position
Based in Mölndal, Sweden, the Head of Human Resources, will develop and deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives and key HR priorities; ensure your team are highly engaged and performing and build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders ensuring the business is aligned and well supported across all areas of HR. This role is responsible for building employment brand strategies through social channels, internal collaboration and innovative approaches. Furthermore, defining next-level practices and strategies that create and maintain a highly impactful experience to attract and engage talent. This position reports to the Vice President HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the Human Resources organization in compliance with corporate policies, the quality and environmental systems within the company existing laws and regulations as well as standards and agreements.
Develops, directs, plans and evaluates all HR policies to meet the organization's HR objectives and ensure compliance with current, applicable labor laws.
Lead development of HR processes and local initiatives/activities and participates in global initiatives and implementation.
Overall responsible for the annual salary negotiations and HR work in salary and bonus processes.
Who you are
You have a university education/ degree within Human Resources Management or equal and are a senior HR professional with managerial experience and a capability of motivating and engaging a team. We are looking for a down-to-earth, passionate and curious person and your high social and pedagogical skills come naturally for you. You also have the ability to build networks and are flexible and able to communicate with various stakeholders on different levels and from different cultures, with a high level of integrity. In order to succeed you have a solid knowledge in labor law with a proven track record in union relations. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English, other language skills will be considered a merit. Experience from an international environment will be regarded as an advantage.
