As Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing human resource management and payroll office responsible for c750 employees. A variety of work, which is speedy on both strategic and operational level. Within the strategic area, you are responsible for setting policies relating to the staff who follow the company's business strategy. Operational work with you to support managers on different issues such as wages, laws, agreements and rehab. You have many external interfaces, and operating the company's representative vis- -vis trade unions and other partners. You report to the station manager and part of the management team. A prerequisite for you to feel comfortable with the role is that you enjoy working without prestige in a fast pace.
Qualifications
• University degree with a relevant focus
• Extensive experience in union negotiations
• Good knowledge of Swedish employment
• Results-oriented
• Fluent in English both spoken and written when the group language is English
• Good administrative ability
• Good knowledge of MS Office
