We are now looking to recruit a Head of Human Resources. You will be the primary level of competent specialist advice and support to the business, working with line managers to implement best practice on a pro-active basis from our Nordic head office in Trelleborg.
As Head of Human Resources you will be responsible for strategic development and pro activity concerning leadership development and recruitment. You will provide advice and support on the interpretation and application of procedures where problems / issues can be out of the ordinary in line with our Core Values. Advice given is based on an in depth understanding of procedures and experience of their application in a variety of different circumstances. You are social skilled and easily build network and relations. You will be required to collaborate across the organization to ensure best of class thinking and results. Be apart of new projects concerning different departments. You will set objectives and budget for the HR department and identify opportunities to improve.
You should also develop options and recommend changes to HR strategies. Ensuring that we reach objectives with a focus to grow our business and strengthen the awareness of our brand as employer of choice. As a person you are dynamic, focused, development-oriented and positive. You are capable of working in an organized way both on your own and in a team and you have excellent project and interpersonal skills. You work closely with and report directly to the Managing Director. You will also be part of the Nordic Management Team. You will work with all departments and countries in the region as first line support in HR issues.
You have a university degree in HR, and 3-5 years work experience in HR. You possess a core understanding of HR and are a result driven professional that always focus on what will improve the business and an excellence in people management. As our business is in constant change and growth it is a great advantage if you have experience of both project and change management and the consequences on staff. You have outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills both in English and Swedish.
