Vattenfall Power Consultant is a part of the Vattenfall Group, Europe's fifth largest electricity generator and the largest generator of heat. Vattenfall's strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation by "making electricity clean" for climate neutrality in 2050. Vattenfall Power Consultant consists of about 1.200 consultants and engineers, mainly in Sweden and Germany. Working closely with our customers, we develop cost-efficient, safe and sustainable solutions, improving our customers' assets and operations. We perform consulting assignments throughout the world with focus on Europe. The Head of HR will organize with the team of currently 5 employees and be responsible for the HR process of Vattenfall Power Consultant. You will coordinate Vattenfall Power Consultants activities in this field with BU Engineering. The Head of HR reports directly to the Head HR BU Engineering.
Main tasks and responsibilities* Managing the HR team in Vattenfall Power Consultant. * Acting as HR Business Partner for Vattenfall Power Consultant.* Development of the HR team* Continue the work with our new organisation within Vattenfall Power Consultant and BU Engineering* Coordination with the German team within BU Engineering* Support Divisions Managers and the organisation as a whole in HR issues. * Overall responsibility to drive HR-processes and implement new common Vattenfall processes
Qualifications* Academic background * Familiar with a wide range of personnel issues* Experiences from HR Management * Preferably experience from an international organisation and integration. * Fluent in English (spoken and written)
