hela Sverige <p>The HR Operations organisation is global, covering more than 13.000 colleagues worldwide. As a part of the global HR operating model you will support the business in Sweden to reach their targets to grow significantly over the coming years.</p><p><br>In your role as HR Operations lead for region North in Sweden job level D2 you will join the regional HR management, covering Norway, Sweden & Finland. The team is responsible for local services, functional responsibilities and participation in matrix teams across the organisation.<br>Furthermore, you will be part of a local alignment team in Sweden to ensure cohesion between the service areas in HR.</p><p><br>In the role as Head of HR Operations lead for Sweden you will take up functional responsibility for all operational services delivered to the Swedish business. You will be responsible for a team of HR professionals, driving the day to day operations in Sweden. <br>You will work in a global context closely aligned to both regional operations and global structures, leading matrix team with dotted line to you for defined areas of responsibility. Hence, the role requires strong leadership maturity and experience to create result bi-laterally.</p><p>In your role you will also be expected to support the team with operational task if needed.<br><br>Main Role Responsibilities<br><br>In your role you will be challenged with the execution of following tasks:</p><p>· Participate in alignment forum/local management team in Sweden .. to ensure "one HR" service to the Swedish business.</p><p>· Lead the broad scope of operational activities in Sweden - incl. Payroll, HR administration, Compensation & Benefits, reporting & analytics etc.) </p><p>· Enable operational support to CoE's to drive consistent deployment of key processes within Sweden - e.g. ASR, PDP, ESES, bonus and M&A support.</p><p>· Initiate a cultural journey towards process excellence - drive planning and execution of culture & professional capabilities in HR Operation to maintain & further optimise processes to consistently improve service quality to the business.</p><p>· Support local & global project from an operational perspective.</p><p>· Identify talent and build strong competencies within the defined functional areas of responsibility.</p><p>· Collaborate across HR, taking up joined responsibility with your peers internationally to provide great service and support development and competencies for HR Ops employees.</p><p>· Ownership of HR service experience - Deploy strong service mind-set and follow up with all key stakeholders on service framework & levels and customer satisfaction. Support local team in the delivery og service according to agreed standards and service levels locally.</p><p>· Facilitate and sponsor troubleshooting and input for improvements to processes & configuration together with the team, HR organisation and local HR support managers.</p><p>· Ensure strong cohesion in services for Sweden by collaborating closely with HR Directors in Sweden.</p><p>· Ensure alignment to both local & global HR strategy.<br> </p><p>Qualification and Experience</p><p>· Leadership experience and experience from similar operational position in large international company.</p><p>· Solid experience with HR administration and a broad HR toolbox to apply to local service delivery.</p><p>· Global mind set and the ability to drive consistent stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation in Ramboll.</p><p>· Strong experience with HR life cycle process administration based on global enabling technology - (Performance management, recruitment, compensation etc.)</p><p>· Experience with M&A - including post-merger integration processes and support.</p><p>· Experience from international environment, preferably matrix.</p><p>· Strong collaboration skills across different cultures</p><p>· Service-minded and knows the importance of good customer service.</p><p>· Excellent planning & organisation skills.</p><p>· Very good communication and coordinating skills and fluent in English, both verbal and writing.</p><p>· An innovative and problem-solving approach to your tasks.</p><p>Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency</p><p></p><p>Why Ramboll</p><p>Ramboll is building tomorrow's society.
