At Tobii Dynavox, we are dedicated to building a sustainable business while fostering growth and improvement. As we expand at a fast pace, our People & Sustainability team is looking for a leader for our HR team of HR Business partners and HR Generalists. We are seeking a leader to ensure our HR department spearheads our growth as a company, enabling us to empower more individuals with disabilities to achieve what they once thought impossible.
As the Head of HR Operations and Partnerships, you'll oversee for our HR operations and partnership, guiding our HR Operations and Partnership team and its' strategies at Tobii Dynavox and our subsidiaries, with a focus on both team leadership and HR business partnering.
Your team will include our 5 HR Business Partners and 3 HR Generalists, and your focus will be transforming them from good to exceptional towards building a sustainable platform that accelerates our growth and progress while maintaining inclusivity and support for all.
Here's a glimpse into your weekly agenda:
Lead our HR team and ways of working aligning with the other teams in People & Sustainability, such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Organizational & Talent Development.
Develop, improve and implement global HR practices and policies and make sure we keep them compliant with local legislation.
Assure that we collaborate with the right vendors and external partners when needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders at Tobii Dynavox (Finance, Marketing and Communication team etc.).
Lead infusion of diversity, equity, and inclusion work in our HR work.
Serve as an HR Business Partner to one of our departments.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
When it comes to the attributes you'll bring to the table, you will need strong interpersonal and facilitation skills as you will interact professionally with varying levels across the organization. Your critical thinking, change management and problem-solving skills will help you address complex HR challenges.
To make the most of this role, your networking abilities and thought leadership in the HR field will be essential and set you and Tobii Dynavox up for success.
We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or experience equivalent of a degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and different learning management systems.
Prior project management experience of leading global and large-scale HR projects.
Experience in leading and growing HR professionals.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and changing and overlapping priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as work independently.
Proven analytical skills to develop HR initiatives based on data insights.
