About the position
As Head of HR, you will be responsible for strategic and operative HR work that both unites the organisation as "One Kvinna till Kvinna" and allows for flexibility required by the different contexts Kvinna till Kvinna work in. An important aspect of your role will be to develop and strengthen the organisation's leadership and management support. In the coming years, your responsibilities will include developing Kvinna till Kvinna's work-environment support, managing talent recruitment and retention and providing guidance in different legal contexts. You will also lead the organisational work on security and risk management and work closely with the person in charge of security.
You will report to Kvinna till Kvinna's Secretary-General and be part of the senior management team. The position includes budget responsibility and staff management responsibility for a group of four people.
This is a full-time position, with start date to be agreed upon. The position is located at the head office in Stockholm. Occasional travel may be required.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a passionate team player with strong communication skills, who can lead and follow up on change processes in an international organisation in a well-structured and pedagogic way.
Experience of the following is required:
Several years of experience of strategic and operational HR work
Management and leadership experience
Good knowledge and experience of Swedish labour law and work with occupational health and safety development
Relevant education in the field of HR, at degree level or above
Experience of working in English and Swedish
Experience of the following is desirable:
International contexts, preferably developing and/or conflict-affected countries
Organisations undergoing development and change
Organisations with geographically dispersed offices and culturally diverse staff
Civil society (especially aid organisations) and value-based work
