As the Head of Growth, you will be instrumental in charting the course for Kunskapspartner's growth trajectory, with a primary focus on expanding our operations and market footprint in the US, Middle East, and Europe.

This position will be based in Lund with a hybrid set-up where we spend at least 3 days per week at our office.
We believe that you:
Have a minimum of 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing
Have a track record of growing SaaS products globally.
Are solution-oriented, have work structure, and good with time management.
Have experience hosting events, workshops and webinars.
Are analytical, tech-savvy, and data-driven.
Are creative and think outside the box.
Can work independently and are comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Excel/Sheets, Ahrefs, Hubspot, and Data Studio.
Are curious to truly understand our product (to the core) and our business
Are an exceptional communicator and collaborator and speak English, French and Arabic fluently, both written and spoken (required). A plus if you speak Swedish (optional).
Your key responsibilities will be:
Lead the effort to optimize the Kunskapspartner website for user experience, conversion, and overall performance.
Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics.
Derive actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize growth strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance Kunskapspartner's online visibility and search engine rankings.
Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure the application of best practices.
Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
Create workflows and automated processes to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential customers.
Establish and manage lead scoring systems to prioritize and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Regularly report on key performance indicators and growth metrics to the CEO and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth strategies with overall company objectives.
