We're now looking for an experienced app growth expert to lead our product growth strategy.
In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with our marketing, product, data, and finance teams to create a strategic and tactical plan for scaling user and subscription revenue growth. You'll work with a dedicated engineering and design team to evaluate opportunities and implement recommendations. You have experience with an app or a mobile-first company, ideally one with a paid or subscription model. You know how to tie business KPIs to the everyday work of a team, and how to inspire your colleagues to continually innovate.
This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to the Chief Product Officer. Please submit your application in English.
What you'll do:
Promote user and subscription revenue growth by defining, developing, and implementing product strategies, roadmaps, and features.
Optimize growth funnels through data analysis and user research.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities for the product and our subscription revenue.
Closely evaluate and optimize for subscription conversion and LTV.
Collaborate with various teams across the company such as Engineering, Marketing, Design, and others to support product growth.
What we are fishing for:
Prior experience driving growth for an app or mobile-first company in a competitive space - preferably consumer-facing.
Experience leading teams and managing people.
Prior startup experience as founder or early stage employee.
High level of data fluency and experience from all the tools of the trade.
Experience with a subscription product is a plus.
Interest or experience in the outdoor industry or similar (fishing, hunting, sports and recreation) is a plus.
Fluent in English.
