In the role as Head of Growth for Singular Society, you will have the overall responsibility for delivering successful and sustainable growth, including member acquisition in all sales channels. You will secure short- and long-term tactics as well as strategic developments to drive our own channels and new business opportunities to deliver on our ambitious growth targets. You will report to our COO and be part of the management team.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and execute member acquisition activities to reach our growth targets, such as marketing activities, partnerships, B2B sales and build the overall growth strategy.
Search, identify and develop new business opportunities to enable growth.
Promote and build brand awareness, including relationship-building and participation in networks and forums.
Secure strong collaboration with marketing, product, and sales to enable growth.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we see that you are a successful and appreciated leader, with effective communication skills and a positive can-do attitude. You are a creative problem solver with strong decision-making abilities and have a high ability to think and work strategically while being able to plan and foresee opportunities as well as risks. You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, flexible and adaptive to changing business needs.
What you need to succeed:
Sales-driven, customer focused with a clear business mindset.
You keep it simple, make a difference and always seek a win-win for our members, partners, and our business.
Project management skills to plan, execute and monitor growth projects.
In- depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Leadership Experience with a proven track record leading teams or driving projects and growth initiatives.
Experience working with either revenue growth, subscription models or partnerships.
