The role
The Group Reporting function is responsible for NCC Group consolidation, external and internal reporting and for NCC AB financial reporting. The function consists of the head of Group reporting and four team members delivering desired output on a timely manner on a monthly basis. Within the function lies the responsibility for the BI-system, Hyperion Enterprise. The Accounting function for NCCs different business areas and companies is gathered in a shared service center with approximately 100 employees, NCC Business Services (NBS). The Head of Group Reporting reports to CFO.
You will be responsible for ensuring that NCC financial reporting is compliant with IFRS and other relevant governing regulations for the NCC Group and NCC AB financial reporting and that everything is reported in a timely manner to CEO, Executive Management Group and NCC AB Board. You work in close collaboration with the shared service center as well as other stakeholders within the Group Finance function and other Finance functions within the different Business Areas.
In your role you are responsible for the development of policy-, procedure and processes within the Group reporting function to current needs based on the strategic direction of the Group. You are also overall responsible for the BI-system including setting up processes and responsibilities as well as evaluation of new systems that better meet the current demands of the business. Another important part of the role is leadership of the team and leadership of different projects within your area of expertise.
Your experience
You have an academic degree within finance, business of similar and experience of working in a similar role in a large company. You have deep knowledge within consolidation and reporting from a similar environment in a complex matrix setting with operations in several different countries.
As a person you are able to see the overall picture but also get into details when needed. You work in an accurate and structured manner and always deliver on time. As a leader you are able to set goals, lead and coach every individual within the team so that they reach their full potential while at the same time making sure to reach the overall targets for the Group. You enjoy interacting with others and have experience of stakeholder management in a successful manner. You have experience of system development and of changing BI system including setting processes and governance structure.
