We are looking for a person with strong leadership skills and solid HR background, to lead our Human Resources team at Skanska Group headquarters in Stockholm. The function today consists of three people, supporting Skanska Group HQ in all HR related questions. Job description
In this role you are responsible for the development and delivery of the People Strategy within Skanska Group HQ. You and your team are coaching and supporting managers in HR related questions to ensure a consistent employee experience, an efficient organizational design and solid HR process delivery. Throughout the HR field, you handle both operational and strategic issues in a consultative and business-oriented manner. The majority of employees at Skanska HQ are based in Sweden, but a large proportion are within our other Business Units requiring collaboration with HR Directors across our markets. You report to the Executive Vice President HR.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this position holds an academic degree in Human Resources and has a broad and solid experience of qualified HR work along with experience in leading and developing people. You are a person who dares to challenge practices and have the ability to communicate in a clear way. Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required. Experience of an international working environment is seen as an advantage.
You are positive, open to change, and results oriented. You understand how important HR is to create competitiveness and your drive comes from the opportunity to develop business as well as people. You relate to people in a professional and empathic way, and build relationships based on confidence and trust. With a collaborative mindset you are focusing on the team effort and what we accomplish together. The position involves close cooperation with the top management of Skanska Group.
