Main Responsibilities include:
• Develop and drive integrated storytelling across all the NENT Group's owned, earned and paid media while ensuring a consistent messaging and tone across all brand communication.
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital communications & social media strategy for the NENT Group brand to secure its constant digital presence focusing on raising brand awareness through the defined key topics according to the company's business strategy and purpose.
• Develop an effective digital strategy for the nentgroup.com website development to reflect the defined story with a strong focus on delivering the best user experience.
• Oversee the 'nentgroup' domains portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month campaign plan. Collaborate with all group functions to ensure key stories are identified and included in the plan.
• Plan and execute campaigns for the NENT Group brand, with a strong focus on maximising awareness and engagement on social media channels, and other platforms, if relevant.
• Manage the delivery of compelling and engaging content based on the key strategic topics and the campaign plan.
• Establish metrics, monitor, and report on campaign effectiveness
Key qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate branding, website, digital marketing and social media
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Demonstrated experience with primary social platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
• Digital marketing strategy with web analytics web management skills
• Pro-active executional project management, process-oriented with analytics skills
• Creative production supervision and ability to brief clearly and work productively with a creative team
• Versatile copy writing skills in English (with Swedish as a bonus)
• Advanced IT skills
• Ability to measure, interpret and explain digital metrics including Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Executive stakeholder management
• Entertainment Business Understanding
• Education: University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
