The role - objectives & areas of responsibility
Stillfront is now recruiting an ambitious Head of Group Analytics for a newly created role. Considering the strong growth journey ahead and the challenges that it entails, Stillfront Group is looking to recruit a person who will match the future needs of the company. You will play a crucial role in the development of the analytics capabilities both at group level as well as working closely with the studios globally.
In this position we are looking for someone who thrives in a high performing, fast paced and international environment. Your responsibilities include building and taking the central analytical capabilities and the team to the next level by developing a suite of analytical tools and insights. In this position you will work closely with our business management team, studio heads and studio analytics teams.

Improve and deepen Stillfront's analytics capabilities through expanding Stillscreen and its use cases, to meet the need of insights in the business

Leverage data, analyses and insights across the group to systematically unlock more value and spread learnings and insights across all studios to accelerate synergy creation within the group

Interact directly with IR/CEO/CFO/COOs/M&A to identify, lead and deliver business analyses that include both internal and external perspectives

Build structure, continuity and process around data analytics, insights and business performance

Support evaluation of new M&A targets
Requirements
-
10 years' experience business intelligence and analytics

Strong analytical capacity

Proven ability to create the next level of analytics platform

Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred, in engineering, physics and/or similar

Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages or Python / R / Matlab for data analysis

Fluent in English

Preferably gaming industry background or similar preferably in Free-to-Pla
Meriting

Experience with reporting and presenting information to senior management a plus

Previous leadership experience is a big plus
