About the job
As the Head of Group Accounting & Consolidation, you will be at the forefront of our financial reporting and consolidation, spearheading new standards to reflect our financial and sustainability commitments. Your expertise will guide our decision-making processes, optimize resource allocation, and communicate both internally & externally our achievements.
Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Develop and execute accounting/reporting/consolidation strategies aligned with our company's growth objectives. Provide expert guidance on accounting standards/implications, group consolidation and statutory reporting.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax and transfer pricing. Implement robust internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard our financial assets.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for business expansion and revenue optimization. Conduct thorough financial assessments and risk evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
Team Empowerment: Lead and inspire a talented accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance individual and team performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Effectively communicate financial insights and strategies to key decision-makers.
What you know
Proven track record as a senior accounting professional with experience in a global company setting. Strong financial acumen and ability to analyse complex financial data to drive profitability. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
You possess excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. Having a strategic mindset enables you to contribute to the company's growth and expansion plans. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you can engage stakeholders at all levels.

As part of the management team for Group Finance, reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, you also have the possibility to influence the Group Finance future strategy as a whole.
