What you'll do
We are actively seeking a dynamic Head of Front of House to join Volvo Cars and play a crucial role in overseeing Employee Hospitality, Employee Connect, and Facility Management. This leadership position goes beyond managing day-to-day operations - it requires an individual with a knack for inspiration, capable of injecting innovative ideas and insights from the hospitality industry to elevate the working experience for our teams.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Hospitality: Co create the Employee Hospitality team to create an inclusive and welcoming workplace environment. Introduce cutting-edge concepts in Food & Beverage, Lobby design, and On-site events. Conduct benchmarking against industry standards to bring fresh and inspirational ideas to the teams.

Employee Connect: Collaborate closely with the Employee Connect team to ensure the delivery of excellent call center and onboarding services. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by drawing inspiration from industry best practices.

Facility Management: Inspire the Facility Management team to deliver impeccable customer interface and execute moves and renovations seamlessly. Infuse insights from the hospitality industry to enhance soft services and create an efficient and employee-friendly workplace.

How you will contribute
Lead the Service Department in a transformative journey, making Volvo Cars' workplace a hub of inspiration and positivity. Implement innovative ideas sourced from the hospitality industry to elevate the overall workplace experience. Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing to enhance creativity and foster growth. Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure exceptional service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

What you'll bring
You will champion curiosity as a catalyst for exceptional service by fostering a workplace culture where great listening and understanding become pivotal. Inspire a team that actively seeks to understand the needs and perspectives of others, recognizing that curiosity is the key to delivering unparalleled service.

Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Bring a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience overseeing service departments
• Possess a background in the hospitality industry and service/facilities management
• Proven experience in customer interface development
• Insights in budget and people plan
• Data driven mindset
