With Polestar's new model launches and expansion into new markets we are seeking to strengthen the Global team with key appointments. Working within Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, the primary purpose of this function is to develop our global B2B and Approved Pre-Owned strategies and then drive successful market implementation.

You will report to Head of Global Sales and work closely with the global sales team and other departments such as Finance and Legal and Business Strategy.

What you do

• Develop comprehensive and adaptable B2B strategy relevant to individual markets and vehicle segments
• Implement appropriate sales process / infrastructure to handle B2B volume (multiple orders single customer etc.)
• Identify strategic B2B sales channels and develop appropriate growth strategies
• Develop comprehensive Polestar Approved Pre-Owned (APO) customer promise and ensure full global implementation
• Develop and implement relevant digital systems / platforms to ensure pre-owned stock can be appropriately marketed nationally direct to customers in each market
• Implement required systems to manage all core elements of the APO proposition (inventory management, vehicle reconditioning etc.)
• Develop and implement comprehensive APO vehicle returns process relevant to each market
• Develop and implement robust and commercially viable APO reconditioning process relevant to each market
• Work with Global marketing to develop APO marketing strategy including relevant digital assets
• Work closely with RV setters / providers to secure strong residual values for all Polestar Products
