HEAD OF FINANCIAL OUTSOURCING DEPT/ MANAGER

In the position as head of financial outsourcing department you get to do all that. An exciting opportunity has therefore arisen to work in a stimulating environment in a firm, which is providing outsourced solutions within the corporate private sector. We are experiencing an increasing demand for outsourcing legal, company secretarial, HR, financial and administrative support from our growing portfolio of over 350 clients originating from overseas, mainly from the Nordic region.
Your tasks and field of responsibility
As the head of financial outsourcing department you will work with a wide variety of inspiring activities and get broad responsibility. You will be in charge of the department by streamlining existing processes as well as expanding the service portfolio. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide financial outsourcing services to the firm’s clients with a wide variety of business sectors operating internationally. You will be responsible for managing your own account within the firm’s client base and supervising the department and provide necessary support externally to clients and internally to fee earners.
Special skills
You have a solid background in accounting/financial outsourcing. You are probably in your early to mid thirties with relevant work experience e.g. within consulting or within finance in a smaller company.
Since the majority of our clients originate from the Nordic region, we are looking to appoint a fluent Swedish and English speaking person.
To support and manage our growth and development projects, you should have a process driven approach and strong IT understanding.
