About the job The Financial Analytics unit within Group Treasury is responsible for performance monitoring and reporting, including analysis and forecast of the consolidated income statement and balance sheet, as well as the transformation projects impacting respective areas. It is a fast paced and innovative team that interacts with a wide range of stakeholders, including Large Corporates & Institutions, Group Risk, Baltic Banking, and other units in the CFO office, such as Group Finance and Business Steering.
We are looking for a leader to motivate and inspire the team, and to foster the team's development and growth. A key function to this role is a drive for simplification and capability to implement change and accelerate the digitalization of the Financial Analysis function.
What you need to succeed University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
Previous experience in working with financial planning, analysis, business control or financial audit, and good understanding of financial instruments
Experience in internal and external stakeholder management and cross border collaboration
Previous managerial experience is an advantage
Ability to express your views clearly in complex matters both in spoken and written form in English
