As the head of the Finance Performance Center team, the major responsibility is to lead a team compiling, analysing and reporting on financial performance to selected programs, corporate functions and/or line organizations within CEVT. Your team will be responsible for the data integrity making sure we work with one set of data. You will also be responsible for developing balanced KPI's, follow up and push for actions to reach the targets. You will also be the key interface for finance towards our finance colleagues in China when it comes to financial planning, alignment and collaborations.
As a person you have keen sense of business and how to manage a complex structures and systems is vital for this role. Strong analytical skills and holistic financial understanding is taken for granted. The ability to intellectually move quickly between discussions on numbers, projects, products and business will be valuable. And mostly, that you enjoy being part of a great team and that you like responsibility and quick decisions.
Main responsibilities:
* Act as China finance liaison
* Prepare business performance mgmt. reports and recurring analyses as well as board materials
* Develop standards for reporting and follow-up that ensure "one set of data"
* Drive deployment of new technologies and solutions for data mgmt.
* Analyze and deliver reports/analyses
* Develop and track KPIs and costs
* Align project reporting with Line & Corporate to ensure consistency
* Standard reporting and recurring analyses of OPEX and CAPEX
* Prepare corporate and unit level business reviews
* Drive and lead budget and forecast processes in close cooperation with HQ in China
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
* Have minimum 5 years + of similar experience from a global industry
* Experience managing staff
* Fluent in English and Swedish

* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and meritorious if skilled in BW and Dashboard solutions
