Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
In your role as Head of Finance you are responsible for the execution for all legal and financial reporting requirements of the legal entities Octapharma AB and Octapharma Nordic AB, as well as the legal and financial requirements placed on the respective representative offices of Octapharma Nordic AB. As Head of Finance you own the budget process and together with the plant manager ensure that competitive budgets are delivered to the board of directors that are achieved. Supporting you in this role is a team of 9 employees consisting of an Accounting Manager, Controlling Manager, 3 accountants and 4 controllers. You are also the first point of call for legal, insurance and tax related questions while executing the day to day running of a service minded finance department. As overall responsible for IT you ensure a safe, available and GMP compliant IT infrastructure on site supporting our production volumes and strategic plans. Supporting you in this roll is your Head of IT manager reporting directly to you, with a four pillar organisation supporting him divided into first line support, Infrastructure, IT quality assurance and application management.

The Head of Finance and IT is responsible for the operational management of the Finance and IT department of Octapharma AB, as well as representing the departments in the local management team, where you actively take part in the operational management of the site. The Head of Finance and IT reports directly to the plant manager of Octapharma AB with dotted line reporting to the Group CFO and the Managing Director of Octapharma Nordic AB.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
The qualified candidate should have a strong financial background, preferably from a production environment, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a finance role. A previous management position in finance is preferred while a background in auditing with some management experience will be positive too. The candidate should be educated to a university degree level.

The relevant energetic candidate has a strong attention to detail while having the ability to prioritise. The candidate should show communicative leadership that helps continue to build strong teams in Finance & IT, the site as well as the group. You actively strive for continuous improvement across our whole company while being able to have frank and open discussions regarding all aspects of the business including your own area of responsibility. A positive and flexible individual will suit this role well.

Languages: Excellent English written and spoken. Octapharma AB's operational language is Swedish even though the group language is English.
