Key responsibilities
As Head of Finance & Control for Nestle HealthCare Nutrition you will work with financial follow-up and analysis, and you will be responsible for:
• implementing our process regarding customer financial flows
• on-going analysis and support to the sales and marketing department regarding profitability and financial flows
• act as co-pilot to the Country Business Manager
• manage data for decision-making and responsible for the budget process
You will report to the Country Business Manager.

Your background
We put great emphasis on your personality and to be successful in this position you have to be service minded and result oriented, show courage, be bold and dare to challenge and influence the sales organisation, as well as being curious and strong in taking initiatives of your own. The working environment is fast moving, which demand ability to deal with change and manage stress. As a controller it is important that you are analytical and structured in your way of working.
The ideal candidate have a Bachelor in Business Administration or similar, and has more than 5 years of work experience in the controlling area. It is of great importance that you have experience from analysis, budget and forecasts. Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP is essential.
The company operates in a very international environment, and it is therefore important that you speak and write English fluently.
