Head of Finance for our PPC division
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Drive and coordinate the PPC business in Västerås from a financial point of view
• Reports to the head of Finance of the Division PPC
• Support the Site manager in all financial aspects and is part of the site PPC Västeras Management team
• Initiate, drive and control necessary changes to bring the business forward
• Leading a team of 11 employees in finance
• Secure financial consistency of Bid preparations in close coordination with the respective site and all other involved functions
• Preparation and Analysis of Strategy, Budget, Forecast and Actual figures on site level
• Support the Site Manager in his reviews with respect to all financial items, financial implications and financial analysis for decisions to be taken
• Regular reviews of Projects and Business, analysis of Risks and Opportunities
• Support and challenge p-dev, bid- and delivery projects. Cost follow up on functional level as expenses and hourly rates. Initiate, steer and control cost reduction initiates and further improvement projects
• Oversee timely and accurate reporting of financial results (Project driven) ensuring compliance with company guidelines and statutory guidelines
• Development of processes and systems to continuously improve financial reporting and analysis. This will be done in close cooperation with other functions within PPC (Västerås and Globally) and with central finance organisation in Västerås
• The site PPC Västerås is IRIS certified (Extended Branch standard of ISO 9000) and follows SOX / OSC standards for Internal control purposes

Experiences
• Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a head of Finance role working very close to the business

• Degree in Business/Economics from a business school/university or MBA with a major in fin
