DENTSPLY Implants is looking for a manager of Finance Operations Controlling, which includes Manufactoring and Global Supply Chain, to be stationed at the headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden. We have production sites in Sweden, Germany, Belgium, USA and Japan. On all these sites there are production controllers reporting to this position.
DESCRIPTION As one of the leading companies in implant dentistry we can offer an exciting workplace in a growing company. The position leads and develops the financial controlling of DENTSPLY Implants Operations in close collaboration with the Operations management. You will work with financial follow up in the monthly closings, forecast and developing KPI?s. You are involved in developing, implementing and following up on the Operations strategy. Furthermore you are responsible for coordinating the standard cost price process and reviewing new investments and efficiency initiatives. You drive and develop the global Operations forecast and budget process, cooperate with other production sites within DENTSPLY International and are a part of the Operations Management Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you that want to join us and drive the future development of Operations controlling. You have a master?s degree in Business administration, at least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing organization, strong controller skills and experience of product costing. You are used to lead projects, have a strong sense of business acumen and a creative approach to the challenges you front. You have experience of leading an international team, strong BI/ERP skills; experience of Hyperion, Movex and Microsoft Dynamics is meriting. We presume that you have Excellent English and Swedish oral and written communications skills.
