The Head of Finance Business Partners / Business Control will report directly to the Itiviti Group CFO. Itiviti has experienced strong organic growth over the last few years covering many geographical areas. It also recently made the strategic acquisition of Ullink, a complimentary international group, also with global operations.
The role is located in our headquarter, Stockholm city center,and will coordinate a global team with representatives in Europe, US and APAC.
Responsibilities
• Act as the interface/ translator between finance and business bridging the gap and adding value to the decision-making process by ensuring maximization of value and return.
• Create real and active trust partnerships with both operations and management key roles.
• Provide accurate, real time support, analysis and monthly financial reports for the management team (ensures good financial performance; business decisions, positions to hire), and provide feedback to the Regional Managing Directors (MD 's)/Business Partners (BP's) on their Business Units performance.
• Recommend efficiency improvements and include cost saving controls measurements.
• Partially prepare the board reports in collaboration with finance team members.
• Budget and forecast processes as well as delivery against approved budget among the MD's/ BP's and Finance Business Partner team (FBP's).
• Formalize and structure the financial planning and analysis reports within the organization. Continuously improve financial reporting and performance measurement.
• Ensure good communication between cross location team members.
Your Profile
• Minimum 10 years of professional relevant experience of which +5 years in a similar role in an international and multi-currency environment
• Experience in people management
• Successful track record of business partnering with senior leadership and operational roles
• Ability to digest and translate raw data into valuable business analytics, adapting the output to suit the target audience
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives concurrently, in a productive manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Stress resistance and capacity to meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, French or other European languagesis an asset
