YOUR TASKS
• You are responsible for the financial management within the Nordics.
• You have leadership responsibility for our team in the Shared Service Center and are part of the Management Team of Sweden.
• You ensure that all financial transactions comply with the company's guidelines and national laws.
• You drive the optimization of existing structures and processes with focus on increasing value-add provided to the Nordic countries and the optimal deployment of our staff.
• You lead a team of Controllers to act as a business partners to the Country Management teams within the Nordics and to provide commercial and financial advisory for all relevant business issues.
• You generate and maintain transparency of the financial performance of the Nordic countries.
YOUR STRENGHTS
• You are educated to a degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or similar.
• You gained several years of relevant work experience in an international company. Experience in a shared service environment is highly appreciated.
• You are familiar with the International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• You are fluent in English, are IT literate (MS Office, SAP) and have good presentation skills.
• You have good leadership skills and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• You have a hands-on attitude, are quality and detail orientated and a good team player.
