About the role
As Head of Finance you will be responsible, support and coach the Finance Team which consists of three employees. You will be responsible for an already well-functioning team but have the opportunity to develop the work.
You will work with everything from budget and business plan to preparing economy reports for the Board. In this role, you will build processes for the finance department and make it more effective, professional and develop the financial work. You will also be responsible for currency hedging and doing business cases for business planning. As Head of Finance at SAM Nordic you will be part of the management team.
We are looking for
To be successful in this role you have:
• Worked in a similar role and within finance for 5+ years
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of consolidated financial statements
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
• Leadership abilities
• Worked at a scale-up
• Great knowledge of Excel and ERP system(s)
• Great knowledge of English
• Are located in a Nordic country but be able to work from the office in Stockholm
It is an advantage if you
• Are fluent in Swedish
• Are located in Stockholm
• Have been part of a management team
• Have been involved in acquisition processes
