We are now looking for a VP and Head of Finance for our Industry Division at ÅF. In this role you are responsible for the financial and business controlling operations in the division and you are a member of the divisional management team. You will report directly to the EVP and Head of Industry Division.
Key responsibilities
As the Head of Finance you will drive the division's financial planning and manage the preparation of the division's budget, financial plan and forecasts. Reporting financial results and providing timely and actionable financial analysis will also be part of your role, as well as driving activities to improve business performance. Other given responsibilities will be to implement performance measures and adequate set of controls and budgets, and to manage the financial aspects of Due Diligence and integration processes in M&A projects.
Furthermore, you will manage the operations of the divisional business control and accounting departments, including overseeing the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations. You will support the Head of the Division and the divisional management team in defining/revising the division's strategy and as a member of the divisional management, you will take an active part in making executive decisions and driving change.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a Master's degree in finance or business administration and have more than 10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience. You also have solid experience from and understanding of project business as well as extensive experience from business in an international context.
Furthermore, you have very good knowledge in Swedish and English, both orally and written. You are an effective people leader with proven ability to lead and drive change. You have an analytical mind and excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods, and you have the ability to strategize and solve problems.
