The responsibilities include scouting, negotiating and overseeing the planning and building of new clinic locations. The role also includes sourcing, installation and updating of clinic materials, medical equipment and basic IT infrastructure needed at the clinics.
The head of establishment will also be responsible for
• Consistency and schedule of training
• Maintenance of existing clinics
• Maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Signage at the clinics
• Supplier contacts
• Relationships with local hosts such as shopping centers and pharmacies
Requirements:
Previous work experience (2-5 years) in establishing retail locations.
Problem-solving mindset.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Fluent in English, both oral and written (Swedish and Finnish languages are valued)
Ability to work under tight schedules.
Strong project management skills.
Understanding of IT infrastructure.
