Recipharm offers its expertise and facilities in the development, production and supply of pharmaceuticals to demanding customers for global use. Recipharm has begun their digital transformation which has resulted in IT will be centralized and their ERP will be upgraded. This is an exciting career opportunity where you get the chance to work in a fast-growing global company in a role where you create, execute and develop everything from scratch. As the Head of ERP you will have the overall responsibility for setting and implementing the global SAP strategy for Recipharm.
Initially, the tasks will consist of coordinating work on SAP implementation in the European countries. This includes creating and maintaining roadmaps and design, reviewing and selecting vendors, contract negotiations and acting speaking partner towards stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for building an ERP Centre of Excellence team which will be reporting to you.
Furthermore, the work includes:
• Budget responsibility
• Project schedule and portfolio management
• Reviewing risk, demand and capacity
• Work with your team and the business side to define, develop, prioritize, and implement strategic plans, initiatives, and/or solutions.
• Implement work standards and Best Practice
• Travels within Europe approximately twice a month
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have worked for minimum of 5 years within IT and ERP and have participated in at least two full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects. You have experience in maintaining IT processes and strategies, vendor- and project management. You have a strong SAP knowledge and understanding of either Finance, Production or Supply Chain(Logistics). Furthermore, you have a relevant higher education and fluency in English, spoken and written.
You have great communication skills and understand the importance of good cooperation. You possess the ability to lead a team and the business side to a common vision. Moreover, you are not afraid to work with change management, you are stress-resistant, structured with high prioritizing skills.
