We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated collaborative change agent for this position. This highly motivated individual will manage a team diverse team of Business and Process Architects to drive a transformation of Ericsson's business processes. In the role you are responsible for analyzing business problems and identifying solutions to increase the user experience and operational efficiency of business processes. This role will report to the Head of SPP and Enterprise Management Frameworks and will work directly with executive stakeholders in BA/MA/FA (Business area, market area and Functional area) and Group functions.
What you will do
You will be accountable for Ericsson Business Process (EBP) framework, including business and process architectures. Further more you will drive the decision process and facilitate the Core Process Area councils (Develop, Sell, Deliver, Manage & Enable) including alignment and prioritization of cross-functional process & IT demands based on customer & Ericsson end-to-end value. Aswell as being liable for the Business Capability and Process domains and their respective meta model including objects and relationships within. In you daily tasks you will work with process management methodology including Analyze, Design, Prepare, Deploy and Monitor (Measure) process within Ericsson. Further it is included to be:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of Unified Architecture in collaboration with respective domain owners such as: Business Capabilities, Process, Information, Competence, and IT.
Accountable for development of training resources such as guidelines, e-learning, instructor lead teaching for covering process management, process architecture, process mining and tools supporting these methodologies.
Accountable to provide and develop tools: ARIS for process modelling and management & QPR for process mining
You will bring
Experience in leading senior people with a diverse set of backgrounds
Experience of C level presentations and understanding of major business challenges end to end
Deep knowledge in Unified architecture - experience in process, information, and IT.
Deep understanding of Enterprise management systems, Business process frameworks and relevant steering mechanisms
Organizational change experience and extensive years of experience in large corporations.
Management experience is a must and you possess a Msc, MBA or equivalent degree
Experience from telecom industries is preferred
